How to cancel a subscription

The orders are processed by our partner Fastspring.
To deactivate a subscription, follow these steps.

Deactivate? Cancel?

This is just an information to explain why our partner Fastspring may show two different ways to end a subscription.
Please note that no matter which way you choose, we handle it as "Cancel".

• Cancel Now (recommneded):
  This cancels the auto-renewal.
  You will not be charged again.
  
  And the license is shown as invalid (deactivated) after your cancelled next scheduled payment date.
  
  
• Deactivate Now:
  This cancels the auto-renewal as well.
  In addition, Fastspring shows that your license is now invalid (deactivated).
  As this does not match our license system, this may lead to a confusion.

Cancel via order email link

1. In your receipt or subscription activation notification email, click the link to Manage Your Orders.

2. Follow the instructions to access your Account Management page.

3. On your Account Management page, click the Subscriptions tab.

4. Use the Manage options to cancel your subscription.
