The RR order is handled in 3 parts:

1)  You send us a license request via rrConfig, tab license.

2)  You order via the link in rrConfig or via your reseller.

     The order itself id handled by our partner Digital River (Share-it website).

3)  Once we have received the order confirmation, we will assign it to the license and send the license file to the email address set as RR contact in rrConfig.
