You do not have to worry that there is something wrong with your credit card or that we "kick you out" or anything else.
Our long-year sales partner Digital River (MyCommerce.com) had/has some serious issues.

Therefore we have been searching for and tested new sales providers in the last months.
Digital River is cancelling all active subscriptions before they renew and is sending a "Subscription cancellation for" email to you in this case.
We are keeping track of expiring licenses and send you a new order link.
Our new store at FastSpring.com is implemented into our license system and online from today.
The order link in rrConfig is using our new sales partner as well.
(beside a small bug with the current version, the license count is not transferred to their order page).
